The Alarmists Announce New Album

It’s been a while since the scene has heard from The Alarmists in record form, though the band has been keeping plenty busy in terms of playing live gigs. But now, in a post on their MySpace blog, the power-popsters have announced that a new album is coming this summer. The record is titled The Overhead Left, and the record will be released sometime in early June. The Alarmists have also lined up a record release show to celebrate Left. That will take place on June 12th at the Varsity Theater. If and when the band debuts new material from The Overhead Left, MFR will let you know.
