NEWS: Vampire Weekend Debut #1 On Billboard

Vampire Weekend have clinched the #1 spot atop of the Billboard charts with 123,597 units sold last week (124,192 total from last week’s rollover). This is a big deal. To put things in perspective, last weeks #1 debut was Ke$ha who sold only 25,000 more units than Vampire Weekend. To further push my point, Animal Collective’s Merriweather Post Pavillion has sold a total of 150,141 units. 

Way to go Vampire Weekend!
